Practice Perfect - PRESENT Podiatry
Residency Insight
RI Vol. 7, Issue 3
State of Podiatry 2016

From years of sitting in the patient chair, Bref McHugh grew a curiosity to try and understand what makes a podiatry practice successful; what makes one better than another, what makes the industry tick, what changes podiatry is going through right now and what the future holds. In this free report, a 19-page whitepaper, Bref explores podiatry today from a patient’s perspective.

Goals of the 2016 Podiatry Report:

  • To perform an updated industry overview
  • To document and understand top challenges of DPMs
  • Examining successful DPMs and their strategies
  • To help stimulate growth in podiatry practices by understanding the above and implementing best practices

Bref seeks to find the common threads, of both challenges and successes, and stitch them together to provide helpful insights which will hopefully help DPMs. Some of the answers to these questions are in the 2016 Podiatry Report that he recently completed as a personal project outside his full-time job.

The report is written from an interesting consumer perspective based on telephone interviews and survey answers from 21 DPMs from the U.S. and published market research.

Bref relays his special thanks to all contributing DPMs and podiatry professionals for their input and patience while he compiled this report in tandem with other occupations in his life. For more information, please feel free to visit Bref’s blog at www.ClinicGrower.com/blog

Bio – Bref McHugh

Bref McHugh has helped hundreds of business owners, including many doctors, to achieve extraordinary results and grow their clinics and businesses.

"Since I was young boy, podiatrists have helped me with my foot issues. Now it's my goal to help you make the podiatry industry better and help make your practice even more successful.

There’s no guarantee that I actually will be able to solve these problems, but I’d like to try.

At the very least, I enjoyed creating the Podiatry Report, which is available as a complimentary download via this link or by clicking the image below."
